See which Facebook and Instagram ads make the phone ring.

Facebook and Instagram adverts drive plenty of calls, but Meta cannot see them. Track every call from your ads and send the good ones back so campaigns find more people like them.

A qualified phone call is matched to the Google Ads click that led to it and sent back as a conversion, so the conversions chart now includes phone calls. Microsoft Ads, Meta and GA4 work the same way.01632 960 482Google Ads · 4m 12sQualified leadgclid matchedConversionsPhone calls now countedGoogle AdsMicrosoft AdsMetaGA4Only calls that pass your rules are sent

The problem

When someone clicks your advert, reads your website and then picks up the phone, the ad platform never finds out. Campaigns that bring calls look like they are failing, and the algorithm learns from the wrong people.

How we fix it

  1. Clicks from your adverts are recognised automatically as their own source, and our script keeps Meta's click ID (fbclid).
  2. The visitor sees a tracking number on your website. When they ring, we match the call to their visit and the click.
  3. Qualified calls go to Meta through the Conversions API, so Facebook and Instagram campaigns learn which people actually ring.
  4. Booked jobs and won jobs can go back too, with the money taken, so you can bid on revenue rather than enquiries.

What you can now answer

  • How many calls each campaign and advert brings, not just clicks
  • Cost per real phone lead, with spam and sales calls filtered out
  • Which landing pages make people pick up the phone
  • Which campaigns bring jobs that actually pay

Which plans include it?

Sending conversions to Meta (Conversions API) is included on Growth, Pro and Agency. Every plan tracks calls from your ads in your own reports.
