Why spam matters more than you think
Every business number gets nuisance calls: energy brokers, listing upsells, recorded messages and silent calls from diallers. On their own they are an annoyance. How we spot spam
- Known numbers. Calls from numbers widely reported as nuisance callers are flagged.
- Silent and very short calls. Calls with no speech, or that hang up in a couple of seconds, are flagged.
- What was said. With AI on, calls that are clearly sales pitches or recorded messages are tagged as spam.
- Your own list. Mark a number as spam once and every future call from it is handled the same way.
What happens to spam calls
You choose. Flagged calls can still ring through and simply be left out of reports and conversion uploads. Or you can block known spam numbers so they never reach you. Either way, every flagged call stays visible in a separate filter, so nothing real is lost.
