Every call, read for you.
Transcripts, two-line summaries and lead scores land minutes after each call ends. Know what was said, whether it was a real enquiry and which marketing paid for it, without pressing play.
New customer, combi boiler not firing. Wants a quote and a Thursday morning visit.
Existing customer rebooking their annual service for 14 November. Booked on the call.
Sales call offering business energy. No action needed.
From a recording to a decision in about two minutes.
When a call ends, the recording is transcribed with speakers separated. A language model then writes a short summary, picks out the outcome, scores the lead and applies your tags. The results sit next to the call's source, so you see quality by channel, not just volume.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate are the transcripts?
Transcription is very accurate on clear calls, including regional accents. Accuracy drops on poor mobile signal, speakerphones and very noisy backgrounds, the same as it would for a person listening. Summaries and scores are built to cope with small transcription mistakes.
Do I need to record calls to use AI features?
Yes. The AI works from the recording, so recording must be switched on for the numbers you want analysed. You can choose which numbers are recorded.
Can I write my own tags?
Yes. Add a tag with a short description of what it means, such as "Asked about finance", and the AI will apply it to matching calls from then on. You can also re-run tags on past calls.
Who can see the transcripts?
Only users in your account with permission to view recordings. Agency clients only see what the agency allows.
What happens to card details read out on a call?
Card numbers are detected and removed from transcripts automatically. If you take payments by phone, you can also pause recording during payment so the numbers are never captured at all.
