Understand

Know which calls were real leads, by channel.

Every call gets a lead score from 0 to 100 and an outcome such as new lead, booking, existing customer or spam, so you can compare channels on quality, not just volume.

Why call counts mislead

A channel that brings 50 calls is not necessarily better than one that brings 30. If 20 of the 50 were existing customers chasing an invoice and 10 were sales calls, the smaller channel might be bringing more work. Lead scoring sorts that out automatically.

How the score works

The AI reads the transcript and looks for signals that someone is likely to become a customer, and signals that they are not. Positive signals include being a new customer, asking for a quote or an appointment, giving a postcode you cover and wanting a date soon. Negative signals include price shopping with no intent, calls outside your service area, job seekers and suppliers. The score combines them into a single number.

Outcomes and tags

Alongside the score, each call gets an outcome:

  • New lead
  • Booking or appointment made
  • Existing customer
  • Complaint
  • Supplier or job enquiry
  • Spam

Add your own tags with a short description, such as "Asked about finance" or "Wants Saturday appointment", and they are applied automatically from then on. Each industry template comes with tags already set up for your sector.

Put scores to work

  • Smarter ad bidding. Only send calls above your chosen score to Google Ads as conversions. See ads conversion tracking.
  • Call back the best first. Sort missed and recent calls by score.
  • Missed-opportunity alerts. Get an email when a high-scoring caller was not offered a booking.
  • Reports by quality. See real leads and cost per real lead by channel.

Frequently asked questions

Can I correct a score?

Yes. Change any outcome or score with one click. Corrections are kept in your reports and used to tune the scoring rules for your account.

Is it accurate enough to bid on?

For most businesses it is far more accurate than the usual alternative, which is counting every call over 60 seconds as a lead. You can check it against your own judgement for a few weeks before switching bidding over.
