Understand

Follow the money from the first call to the finished job.

Won deals, paid invoices, payments and bookings come back to the call or form that started the job, so you can see revenue and return on ad spend by channel, not just leads.

Leads are good. Revenue is better.

Two channels can bring the same number of leads and very different amounts of money. One might bring boiler services at £79. The other might bring new boiler installs at £2,800. Revenue tracking shows the difference, so you put budget behind what actually pays.

Where the sales come from

Use whichever fits how you already work. You can mix them.

  1. From your CRM. Connect HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce. Won deals and their amounts come back onto the call, checked every 15 minutes, or straight away with Sync now. You choose which deal stages count as booked, such as "Survey booked" or "Quote accepted".
  2. From your accounts or payments. Connect Xero and paid invoices come through. Connect Stripe and payments and paid invoices come through, and refunds take them off again.
  3. From bookings. Connect Calendly and a booking marks the lead as booked. If it is cancelled, the lead goes back.
  4. Upload a sheet. Export your job diary, accounts package or a spreadsheet as a CSV and upload it. We find the phone, email, value and date columns by name, read UK dates and ignore £ signs. Up to 5,000 rows at a time.
  5. From any system. Post sales to a webhook from your job or booking software, use Zapier or Make, or send them through the API.
  6. By hand. Mark a call as won and enter the value. It takes a few seconds and works for any business.

Send the same sale twice and it updates the first one rather than counting it again.

How we match a sale to a call

  • Phone number first, then email. Most sales carry one or the other, and that is all we need.
  • The right enquiry. If the job was booked on a particular call or form, the money goes there. Otherwise it goes to that person's latest enquiry within your lookback window.
  • Nothing is lost. Sales from people who never called or filled in a form, such as walk-ins, word of mouth or someone who rang a different number, are kept and listed as not matched. Your totals stay honest.

When a sale comes back, the lead's outcome and value update in every report, and your ad platforms are told.

What you can see

  • Revenue and jobs won by channel, campaign and keyword
  • Return on ad spend for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with spend pulled in automatically
  • Average job value by channel
  • Time from first call to sale
  • Revenue under five attribution models, side by side

Better bidding, too

Sales are sent to your ad platforms as a separate "won job" conversion, with the money actually taken, at the time it was paid. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok can then bid on real revenue, using value-based bidding such as Maximise conversion value or target return on ad spend. Booked jobs and qualified leads are sent too. We suggest making the won job your primary goal and the booked job secondary, so the same money is never counted twice.

Frequently asked questions

What if the sale happens months later?

That is fine. Revenue is matched to the original call whenever it arrives, as long as it falls within your lookback window, and your reports update.

What if a customer never called or filled in a form?

The sale is kept and listed as not matched, so your totals stay honest. Nothing is quietly dropped.

How often do CRM deals come through?

Every 15 minutes, or straight away when you press Sync now.

We don't use a CRM. Can we still do this?

Yes. Use Xero, Stripe, Calendly, a sheet exported from your job diary, or mark jobs as won on the call.

Which deal stage counts as booked?

You choose. Won and lost are read from your CRM automatically.

Which plans include revenue tracking?

Growth and above.
