Who we are
Call Tracked Ltd ("we", "us") is registered in England and Wales. Our company number, registered office and ICO registration number are shown in the footer of this website. You can contact us about privacy at the email address on our contact page.
Two kinds of information
This policy covers two situations.
Our website and our customers. When you visit this website, request a demo or become a customer, we are the controller of your personal data. This policy explains how we use it.
Calls to our customers' tracking numbers. When someone calls a business that uses Call Tracked, that business is the controller of the call data and we process it on its behalf under a data processing agreement. If you called a business and want to know how your call was handled, please contact that business.

Who we share it with
We use trusted suppliers to run our business, such as hosting, telecoms, payment, email and AI providers. They process data only on our instructions. We keep a list of sub-processors for customers. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Customer call data, recordings and transcripts are stored in the UK. Some suppliers may process limited data outside the UK, in which case we use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to two years after our last contact, and customer account information for as long as you are a customer and then for up to seven years for accounting purposes. Call data is kept according to each customer's own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
